GST Invoice Policy
All products sold by SMP Estore come with a proper GST invoice. We do not sell products without a GST invoice. If your company requires its GST number on the invoice, please mention it in the designated comment box while placing your order. Additionally, you will need to provide the three pages of your GST certificate for invoice processing.
Order Modification and Cancellation Fees
A 2% convenience fee will be deducted if a buyer cancels an order before it is shipped.
A 5% fee applies for cancellations made after the order has been shipped.
A 3% fee will apply to order modifications after shipping, while no charge applies for modifications made before shipping.
These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product in its original condition.
Product Scope
Products sold by SMP Estore are individual components or sub-assemblies of computers unless explicitly stated as a “New PC System.” They do not constitute a complete system by default.
Special Usage Disclaimer

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering with warranty stickers will void the warranty. Installation of products should be performed by qualified PC hardware engineers to avoid warranty issues.
Order Cancellation Rights
SMP Estore reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other reasons.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this sales contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
WARRANTY & RMA TERMS
Carry-In Warranty
All products sold by SMP Estore are covered by a carry-in warranty. Shipping charges for sending and receiving products for RMA outside of SMP Estore’s policy window must be borne by the buyer.
On-Site Warranty Coverage
On-site warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s coverage area. If the buyer’s location is outside this coverage area, the warranty automatically converts to a carry-in service.
Shipping Insurance for RMA
SMP Estore does not provide insurance for RMA products shipped back to customers. Any transit damage is not our liability.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products with “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are serviced directly by the manufacturer. SMP Estore does not hold legal or financial responsibility for warranty claims but can assist buyers in case of issues.

Customers must provide a copy of the SMP Estore invoice when seeking warranty service.
Condition of Warranty Claims
Products must be in good physical condition for warranty claims. Damaged, burnt, or tampered products will be rejected.
